On September 19, 2015, several hundred 'mourners' staged a unique piece of street theatre in Ottawa—a Memorial March for the Victims of Harperism, featuring a 'coffin' and 'tombstones', a silent procession from the Supreme Court Building to Parliament Hill, and culminating with a flash mob demonstration. The event was staged to highlight what Canada has lost under the Harper regime.
