Food inflation has pushed Canadians to think differently about the food they eat, even if they shouldn’t be eating it. According to a new report from Dalhousie University’s Agri-Food Analytics Lab, nearly 60 percent of respondents were more inclined to digest expired food products due to today’s sky-high prices.
