On July 24, 2016 in Hintonberg, Abdi Abdirahman endured a 'violent encounter' with Ottawa Police Officers. He did not survive. Christmas Eve will mark the 5th month since his death and we still have no information. What a sad Christmas for our neighbourhoods this year.
